ffak summaries! part 1
I wrote some ffak summaries of the first 5 chapters! I intend to do all of the chapters eventually but for now, these are just some basic rough drafts. This is meant to be used as a basic reference and are not very detailed in describing all the events of the story. Hope you enjoy them despite the fact that I wrote these at like, 4 am....
CH1: We are introduced to the first character of this story as they wake up and find themselves laying on top of a strange platform. They quickly discover that they are surrounded by strange, flesh eating monsters and piles of corpses. As they escape to some nearby tunnels, they realize they have no idea who they are and cannot remember anything-- and then find themselves trapped inside the tunnel. There they meet another monster, who introduces himself as ‘Aeschylus’and reveals to the amnesiac that they are Aeschylus’ “King.” However, before “King” can retrieve any more answers from this possibly friendly, multi-eyed creature, he is shot to death by a pink haired man with a shotgun and wearing an apron. “King” asks this new stranger if he knows what it is he shot, to that the gunman replies “Of course, it was a worm.”
CH2: The next chapter opens up with a small exchange between two more creatures, known as worms, surrounded by more human corpses. One, in the shape similar to a Minotaur- laments the rejection he experienced in ch1 from “King” and  the other (which appears like a harpy) challenges his fellow worm to improve himself for the sake of their “King’s” approval. The two agree to become rivals before they split ways. While they won’t be seen from again for quite some time, trust me they will come back. I promise. I get messages about this constantly. The next scene is between the pink-haired gunman and the mysterious “king”, the two sitting across from each other in what looks to be a living room. The gunman has a bandage on his forehead, a bloody nose and a chunk bitten out from his arm-- what could have possibly happened from the time in the tunnel to now? So the story starts to unravel, how these two strangers met inside this tunnel and their struggle to get to this “safe house.” While “King” is distrustful at first, it might not be long before they are forced to rely on this strangers protection.. as Aeschylus’ corpse might not be done with them yet!
CH3: King discovers that the gunman is quite the runner and he is able to even run along walls, away from Aeschylus’ corpse which seems to be determined to chase after them no matter what. (It also has started to sproud strange green “worms” from the bullet holes on his body. The gunman reveals to King that 20 thousand people have been killed in this colony by worms as he sets a grenade to explode. As they crouch in the corner and King watches the flames envelop the corpse of Aeschylus, they are shocked to see that this worm appears to still be standing. However, a brick is then thrown at the gunman and renders him unconscious, and a new figure steps out from the flames-- a strange medusa-like worm monster who addresses King directly.
CH4: Bloody footprints lead away from a beheaded worm sprawled on the same platform King awoke from. The owner nearby, a strange figure in a dirty bloody coat, carrying the decapitated head. He is paused at the tunnel King resides in, its opening closed. This strange contemplates to himself as a smaller frog-like worm attempts to chew on the head he is carrying. Silently, the mysterious stranger decides to leave with the smaller worm, promising to give them something better to eat if they are hungry. Inside the tunnel, King and the new Medusa worm are talking while the gunman lays unconscious. The medusa worm apparently is something called a Queen worm and was the “green” worms seen burrowed inside Aeschylus’ corpse, controlling him from the inside like a puppet. The queen worm also claims that this “King” is a King worm and that they have a very tantalizing smell, but its a queen’s duty to kill king worms. After hearing that, King attempts to wake up the pink-haired gunman.. who is lost inside a strange dream. In the dream, it is revealed that the gunman’s name is Rome. He sits at a white table with another man across from him, who is smoking and has long red hair. After a short exchange, rome wakes up to King biting his arm- and pulls them off. King accidentally swallows a piece of Rome’s arm in the process. Before Rome can get too outraged at King, he notices the queen worm sitting nearby and flings himself into action by throwing his (now bullet-less) gun at her. Then Rome picks up king, tramples her and sets off yet another grenade in the worm’s face. However, the pink-haired gunman is running out of energy and soon the queen has her worm-tentacles wrapped around him. He believes there’s nothing more he can do to fight the queen worm off, so he  attempts to throw King so they can save themselves. King however, refuses to let go of rome and grabs his arm to pull him back.. but will they actually manage to get away from death itself??!!??!?!?!??!?!??!??!?!?!!!??!?!??!?!!?!
CH5: Something has happened, although it is not incredibly clear what. King finds themselves waking up on the ground, the tunnel around them somewhat destroyed from mysterious circumstances. As they are sitting up they notice Rome’s leg has been twisted in the wrong direction and he is still tied up in worm tentacles. As king is trying to pull them off Rome, he wakes up as well and is so incredibly happy to see that he’s still covered in worms. (Just kidding. He’s not actually happy.) Moments later, the two discover that the queen worm has also survived, but she is in bad condition. They help make it worse by throwing bricks at her and she falls over, seemingly defeated. Rome and King celebrate momentarily, but it is short lived as the queen sheds layers of her old damaged flesh and is furious over what has happened to her. Rome and King set off back down the tunnel without a moments notice, however as Rome runs-- it seems like he is not going anywhere, even though the end of the tunnel is finally in sight! There is even an open door leading into a secret room!! However, that is because the floor itself is moving under their feet like a conveyer belt. With the queen steadily approaching, it seems like there’s nothing they can do to escape-- When a mysterious stranger elsewhere presses a button and causes the floor to abruptly halt. Instead of dying, Rome is able to swiftly duck into a secret room at the end of the tunnel and pull a lever, which causes a door to slam down onto the queen behind them and pin her to the ground. However, she is only momentarily stalled and is able to lift the door using only her incredible strength. But as she does that, another metal door swiftly comes down, slicing her in two. The Queen is caught off guard, and Rome stands on top of a platform still carrying King. He can’t help but smile as he presses a strange button which ignites flames from the floor under the queen. As she screams and burns to death, she warns that she must kill the king before he dooms all life. Confused and disturbed from this message, King watches the worm slowly die while Rome attempts to prolong the creatures suffering for his own enjoyment. After the queen is dead, Rome starts the engine to the platform and the elevator begins to rise out of the tunnel. King is able to get a small glimpse of the strange world they are in, but still is unable to recognize anything about it. When they are inquired where they came from, King lies to help hide the fact that they have no memories, finding Rome more than..slightly threatening. Who is this strange pink haired man anyway? Why does he hate worms so much that he’d enjoy their screams of pain as they die? Why doesn’t either of them notice the strange footprints that followed them up the staircase to the elevator platform? Hmm.. As the elevator lifts them up to their next destination, King’s hair blows to reveal that on the back of their neck is an eye. Indicating that king might not be as human as they would appear..
